Which countries are you live in?
Guinea is live today. Senegal, Mali, Côte d'Ivoire, and Cameroon are next on our roadmap. If your project sits in a country we haven't launched yet, tell us. We'll save your request and reach out the moment we're operating there.
Who actually does the work on the ground?
Vetted local professionals — notaries, certified surveyors, architects, and licensed general contractors — coordinated by our in-country team. Every partner is contracted directly with Jawudi for your file, with their work product, fees, and timeline tied to that contract. You see who is doing what, and we hold them to it.
How are payments protected?
Funds sit in escrow and are released only against verified milestones — a registered title, a notarized act, a poured slab. No partner is ever paid in full up front. If a milestone isn't met, the money doesn't move and you keep full visibility on the balance.
What if I can't fly back to sign documents?
You don't have to. Most signatures can be handled remotely through a notarized power of attorney, e-signature where the law permits, or our local team signing under your written authorization. We tell you up front which steps require a physical signature and which don't.
Can my family on the ground be involved?
Yes — but you stay in control. You decide what your family sees, what they can authorize, and where Jawudi acts independently. We can keep them fully looped in, lightly informed, or out of the file entirely. The contract is between you and us.
Do I have to bundle services?
No. Most clients start with one piece — a titre foncier, a permit, a survey — and add construction or financing later. Buy à la carte and stop whenever it makes sense for your project.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Every project has a named project manager and a written scope. If a milestone slips or a partner underdelivers, we tell you the same week, propose a fix, and absorb the cost when it's on us. You can pause or exit at any defined milestone — you only owe for work already completed.
